This month my husband and I celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary. It's true, I don't look at him the same way I used to. He's not the same person he was when we got married, and I'm not the same girl. So much has happened since we have been married. We both have graduated college, got full-time jobs, bought a house, had a little boy, and now we have another son on the way. Most of the feelings I had when we met 7 years ago have gone away, and have been replaced by feelings that I could never have imagined. Since we have had our son, I look at my husband in a whole new light. He is a man, a father, my FAMILY. I am no longer a girl with a crush, I am a mother so in love with her husband and children that it makes my heart literally hurt. Grow old along with me, the best is yet to be.
This quote is by Robert Browning from his poem Rabbi Ben Ezra.

As a mother of a 9 month old, I know how important it is to document your baby's first year. I love to look back and see how different he has changed from month to month. I remember between month 3 and 4, Jonah went from being a skinny tiny baby to a fat linebacker. It breaks my heart that they grow up so fast, but with these printable milestone cards you can remember your baby boy or girl forever.
Today's freebie will make any home feel much more sophisticated. I chose four relaxing scenes to be the backdrop of my "Tranquil Porthole" free printable. They make great wall art for your home, office, or kid's room. Print one or print all four. Either way, you'll be feeling chill in no time!
"Life is tough my darling, but so are you." This beautifully handwritten quote is perfect for your child's room or for yourself when you need a boost of confidence. I am loving delicate hand lettering lately.
If you have any quotes or other freebies you want to suggest, send me a message in my About Me section,
One of my new favorite movies is Pan. It is a beautifully written prequel to an already loved classic. Because I have been in a Neverland mood, I created four printables perfect for a nursery or playroom. I saved my favorite quote for last..."Little boys should never be sent to bed. They always wake up a day older." My little boy turns 8 months old this week and it's killing me. Sometimes I wish he would never grow up.
Today's freebie is a Minimal Cow. To give it an artistic feel, I put her on a white background with a black and white filter. This printable looks simple but alot of photoshop went into it. I spent a long time cutting out the grass in front of her and rounding out her one lumpy side. I had to make sure this cow was perfect enough to hang on your wall!
Because it's close to school starting back I wanted to make something for all of my University friends. This is the first year that I won't be starting school in the fall and I have to say it's a little bittersweet. To include everyone I made 3 free printable. Home Sweet Home, Dorm Sweet Dorm, and Office Sweet Office.
Ever since I was pregnant with Jonah my favorite animal has been a fox. I have decorated his nursery and playroom in a woodland theme and always look for an excuse to buy something fox related.
Luckily you won't have to buy anything at all because today's freebie is a "Stay Clever Little Fox" printable. It makes great wall art for your kid's room and can even be used as a wallpaper for your phone. I used a watercolor brush and handmade this little fox just for you. Today's Freebie is extra girly. I created a watercolor and glitter printable that's great for wall art. It can even be downloaded and used as a background for your Iphone, or Ipad.
If you really like this you will love the matching exclusive calendar that you get when you subscribe to freebies or the newsletter. Today's freebie is for my parent readers! As a mom myself, I find it hard to get any alphabet printables for free. Even though Etsy has some really cute stuff I hate paying for anything.
I have been loving watercolors this summer. That's what inspired me to create this Watercolor Alphabet Graphic, great for any nursery or playroom. It's size 8.5 X 11 so go ahead and hit print! |
